This project helps communities adapt to the impacts of climate change, with a particular focus on supporting vulnerable groups. The project addresses the problem of low resilience, which stems from limited awareness, a lack of concrete adaptation measures, and weak social connectedness within communities regarding climate-related challenges.
The goal of the project is to accelerate the implementation and improve the quality of climate adaptation measures. At the same time, it aims to encourage communities to take an active role in addressing climate-relating challenges, encouraging people to engage more proactively with the issue. By focusing on the most vulnerable groups in society, we will involve the community in both the design and implementation of adaptation measures through pilot actions developed within the project. This participatory approach ensures that the measures effectively address the real needs of the community.
