Chelsea Fringe Ljubljana
IPoP co-organizes the Chelsea Fringe Ljubljana festival since 2014. The Chelsea Fringe is an international alternative garden festival, based in London, celebrating community growing initiatives, outdoor performance, botanical art, walks, talks and events during three weeks across late May and early June. The festival is spreading to other cities as well; Ljubljana was among the first cities outside the UK to follow.
